Judi Crook is an experienced professional in claims management, currently serving as the Claims and Complaints Manager at YuLife since January 2021, where Judi has established the claims function to enhance user experience and ensure clarity throughout the process. Prior to this, Judi spent nearly 30 years at Unum, holding various roles including Claims Technical Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, and Claims Manager, with a focus on team management, complaints resolution, and root cause analysis to improve business operations. Judi holds a degree from Glasgow Caledonian University.
