Dyke Shipp

President, KFC Global Division at Yum! Brands

Dyke Shipp is President of KFC Global Division, responsible for elevating KFC’s unique and distinctive culture, shaping leaders around the world, driving an ambitious global development agenda and supporting KFC’s General Managers in the Americas. Prior to this, Shipp served as both Chief People Officer (CPO) and Chief Development Officer for KFC Global Division. As CPO, Shipp was responsible for identifying and developing top talent, building the people capability needed to run great restaurants and championing KFC's heart led culture around the world. As the brand’s senior Development leader, he oversaw all new store development, existing store redevelopment and asset design activities to accelerate the company’s sales growth in over 145 countries and over 24,000 restaurants around the world. Before moving to Yum! Restaurants International in 2006, Shipp served as Vice President of Development for Yum! in the U.S. He joined Taco Bell in 1991 and served in various Development capacities in the U.S. and Canada. Prior to joining Yum!, Shipp worked with Merrill Lynch. A native of Texas, Shipp received both his Bachelor of Business Administration and MBA degrees from Baylor University.
