Kristia Worthy

Kristia Worthy is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and organizational development, currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at Yum! Brands. Worthy has held various roles, including Huddle Up Facilitator and Consultant at the Institute for Sport and Social Justice, as well as NCAA Leadership Development Facilitator and Consultant for the NCAA. Previously, Worthy worked as Organizational Development Manager at KFC and is an active member of the African American Alumni Council Board at the University of Louisville. Worthy holds a Bachelor of Science in Middle School Math Education and a Master of Education in Counseling and Personnel Services, both from the University of Louisville.
