Nic Edwards

Nic Edwards is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across major organizations. Currently serving as the Global Supply Chain Lead for Core Kitchen Equipment at Yum! Brands since April 2025, Nic previously held positions including Global Senior Supply Chain Manager and Global Supply Chain Manager at Pizza Hut from October 2021 to April 2025. Prior to this, Nic worked at Yum! Brands from June 2017 to September 2021 as the Supply Chain Manager for Packaging & Equipment in the Middle East, Turkey & Africa. Nic's career also includes significant roles in procurement and management at Westpack Contract Packers, African Dynamics Group, and other organizations, beginning with a background in IT at Kromberg & Schubert. Nic Edwards holds a B-Comm Honours degree in Information Systems from Rhodes University, completed between 1998 and 2002.
