Min Zhang

Min Zhang is the current Director at Yum China. Prior to this, Min was the IT Manager at L'Oréal from October 2018 to March 2019. In this role, Min worked with vendors, managed CRM and Campaign system projects, and oversaw the architecture of the Customer Data Platform. Min also integrated multiple brands' omni-channel CRM projects with Corp Siebel CRM system to support online/offline digital marketing, CRM, and new retail scenarios.

Before L'Oréal, Min was the IT Technical Manager at Mary Kay China from February 2014 to September 2018. In this role, Min managed and implemented a multi-channel, multi-brand Digital IT CRM project, integrating customer and transaction data to Corp CRM in compliance with the China Cyber Security Law. Additionally, Min designed and planned the DevOps platform for the Digital IT area to support Agile development and CI/CD in software development projects. This platform enabled elastic capacity on Hybrid cloud (Azure and data center) for digital campaign operation.

Min's career started as a .NET Dev Team Lead at Air Products and Chemicals from August 2008 to December 2014.

Min Zhang earned a Bachelor's degree in Power Engineering from Southeast University. Min also has a certification from eCornell in eCornell Management Fundamentals.
