We are a fully remote team across the US, Denmark, and Mexico. We are transitioning to a compressed work week (Monday–Thursday 9am–7pm EST including a 1-hour lunch break) which will be in full effect June 2023.

THE ROLE We are looking for a full-time Project Manager to join our team. You will manage the day-to-day communication with our clients and project teams including partners and contractors. You are:

  • an excellent communicator
  • natural and experienced problem solver
  • adept at timeline/task management
  • love the details and delivering the highest quality work
  • find the mix of branding, video and photo projects exciting
  • comfortable wearing many hats as we are a small team

You must have at least 6 years experience managing clients (or as a manager on the brand side) and project teams. Be prepared to be the master of Asana, Slack, Smartsheet and of course Google Workspace.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Leading day-to-day communication with our clients.
  • Management of project timelines and task assignments.
  • Capturing meeting notes and following up on next steps.
  • Work with the team to develop the Deliverables on time; adjust timeline and Client expectations as needed in coordination with the Creative Director.
  • Quality control of all presentations - does it accurately address the client's need/feedback, free from typos, etc.
  • Work with MD on SOWs and Change Orders - review scope and draft timelines to ensure no conflicts with active projects
  • Oversee the debriefing process with internal team, contractors, vendors.
  • Proactively managing resourcing with CDs and MD.
  • Onboarding freelance contractors to YC process and platforms.
  • Supporting internal projects - Concept of the Year, social media, etc.

Our hiring process consists of an initial interview with our Managing Director, interview with the co-founders (CEO and Creative Director), meeting with at least one team member, and a follow-up with our MD. We do conduct reference checks prior to offer. Depending on schedules, this can take up to 2-4 weeks.

NOTE - YummyColours is a NYC based LLC and you will need a work permit for the US. We are not sponsoring visas at this time.

Compensation: 55-70,000 USD/year
