Danielle Rispoli

Customer Success Manager at Yup

Danielle Rispoli has over 12 years of work experience in customer success management, training, and teaching. Danielle began their career in 2008 as a Youth Education Series Trainer at The Walt Disney Company where they trained new facilitators on educational content and provided peer coaching. In 2013, they became an Eighth Grade Math Teacher at Orange County Public Schools where they developed and implemented daily and unit lesson plans for 8th and 9th grade courses. In 2016, they joined Imagine Learning as a Customer Success Manager, where they were responsible for building strong relationships with customers and guiding them through successful implementations of Imagine Learning programs. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Yup.

Danielle Rispoli obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Manhattan College in 2007. Danielle then went on to obtain their Master of Arts (MA) in Math Education from the University of Central Florida in 2012. Additionally, they hold a Secondary Math Teacher Certification from the Florida Department of Education.
