Bariş Çinar has a long and varied work experience in the finance and accounting industry. BARIŞ started their career in 1996 as an Assistant Manager at Grant Thornton Türkiye- Ergin Denetim Y.M.M. ve Denetim A.S. In 2001, they were an Internal Audit Specialist at 1 NUMARA HEARST YAYINCILIK A.Ş- Sabah ATV Media Group. BARIŞ then moved to Merkez Reklam Dağıtım ve Pazarlama A.S.- Sabah ATV Media Group in 2003 as an Accounting Manager. In 2004, they became a Financial Control Manager at Merkez Yayın Holding A.S.- Sabah ATV Media Group. From 2006 to 2014, they worked at H.Bayraktar Yatırım Holding A.S. as an Internal Audit Manager and Internal Audit Specialist. In 2014, they were a Finance Manager at Baytur Motorlu Vasitalar Tic AS and a Finance Director at Bayraktar Otomotiv ve Servis Hizmetleri A.S. In 2016, they were a Financial Management Consultant at Fotopro Fotoğraf Malzemeleri İth. İhr. San. Ve Tic. Ltd.Şti. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Group Internal Audit Manager at Çiftkurtlar Group. Currently, they are a Financial Affair Manager at Yupana, Inc.

Bariş Çinar attended Anadolu University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Lisans Derecesi in Ticaret/İşletme, Genel. BARIŞ also attended Galatasaray Lisesi from 1983 onwards.
