Ismael López González

Ismael López González has over 17 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Ismael started their career as a Foreman at AS Telecom, where they were responsible for designing MW links using various equipment. Ismael then worked at Lattice as a Leader Engineer, overseeing the design and maintenance of MW links. Ismael also worked at AS Telecom as a LOS Coordinator, supervising teams and ensuring the proper functioning of microwave systems. Ismael later joined Alcatel-Lucent as a Coordinator, designing MW links for TELCEL and performing link budget calculations. Ismael then worked at Seguritech as a TI Support Engineer, focusing on MW link design and equipment installation. Ismael continued their career at Nokia as a Microwave Engineer, managing projects for TELCEL and ALTAN. Ismael also worked at AG Telecom as a Foreman, installing and troubleshooting equipment for cellular networks. Most recently, they joined TRS Staffing Solutions as an Ingeniero MW, and currently works at Yupana, Inc. as an RBS Engineer, resolving VSWR, RSSI, and PIM issues.

Ismael López González pursued their education at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. In 1997, they began their studies in Electrical Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications. Ismael successfully completed their degree in 2004. In 2015, they also obtained a Diploma in Voice and Data IP Networks from the same university.
