Mike Tong

Mike Tong is a Senior Applied ML Engineer at Yurts. Prior to this, Mike founded Prevailing Paw, a company focused on improving pet care through tailored products. Mike has a strong background in data engineering and machine learning, with experience at companies like Rivian, Amazon Web Services, and Booz Allen Hamilton. Mike also has experience in electrical engineering and project management, with roles at Bechtel Plant Machinery and Valero Energy Corporation. Mike holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and multiple Bachelor's degrees from the University at Buffalo.
