Paul Grubb

Paul Grubb has over 30 years of experience in human resources and management roles. Paul began their career in 1984 as the Director of Services at Warren County Employment & Training Administration. From there, they worked at various companies including Fujitec America Inc, Amano Cincinnati, Johnson Controls, Stanley Electric U.S. Co., Inc., and YUSA Corporation. During their career, they have overseen employee relations, safety, benefits, compensation, union negotiations, downsizing, policy writing, and restructuring. Paul has also been involved in budget management and customer service. Overall, Paul Grubb has a proven track record of success in leading and managing human resources functions across multiple industries.

Paul Grubb earned a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from Lee University. Paul also obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Central Michigan University. Additionally, they have a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute, which they obtained in December 1992.
