Rowena J. Reeves

Rowena J. Reeves, CHRP, CHRL has extensive experience in human resources management. Rowena J. most recently served as the Director of HR for Yusen Logistics (Canada) Inc., where they played a crucial role in shaping the company's people strategy and fostering employee engagement. Before that, Rowena held a managerial position at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, where they provided HR support to senior leaders and managers, focusing on talent management and organizational effectiveness. Rowena J. also served as the Director of HR at DSPA Software Inc. (now FIS), where they established the HR business unit and supported strategic initiatives. Additionally, Rowena worked as a HR Manager at Kao Corporation, where they led HR initiatives on a national scale and elevated the HR function within the business.

Rowena J. Reeves, CHRP, CHRL has an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Toronto. Rowena J. also holds a Certificate in Public Relations from The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education at Toronto Metropolitan University. In addition, they have a Human Resources Management Specialist Certificate from Sheridan College.

Rowena has earned certifications in various areas. Rowena J. is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) from the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association.
