Michelle C. Garde, MPA has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. From 2022 to the present, they have been the Head of Value Analytics at Yuvo, where they coordinate and shapes population health vendors to ensure compliance with data elements and interoperability. Michelle C. collaborates with senior leadership on operational and strategic initiatives and develops staffing models and growth plans for value-based analytics.

At Fidelis Care from 2007 to 2010, Michelle worked as a Medical Economics Analyst, constructing financial models and reporting tools to improve performance in medical cost, utilization, and contract negotiations.

Michelle C. also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Legal Studies and an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Public Administration & Government Policy from John Jay College (CUNY).
