ADRIANA RAINES, M Ed., is an accomplished Afro-Latina Social Impact Consultant and Coach with extensive experience in developing inclusive workspaces and promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Enlighten Consulting and Coaching and as an Engagement Manager at YW Boston, Adriana also holds roles as adjunct faculty at Southern New Hampshire University and Co-Founder/Senior Academic MPH/APE Program Manager at Shaquera’s Story. Previously, Adriana has contributed as a Philanthropic Consultant for The Social Innovation Forum, Associate Director at Massachusetts Adoption Resource Exchange, and Director of Community Engagement and Strategic Partnerships at Boston CASA, Inc. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UMass Boston and a Master of Education from Capella University, Adriana Raines brings a wealth of expertise in strategic planning, program management, community engagement, and training development.

YW Boston helps individuals and organizations change policies, practices, attitudes, and behaviors with the goal of creating more inclusive environments where women, people of color, and especially women of color can succeed. We accomplish our work through DEI services, youth development, advocacy, and events, helping organizations shift their demographic structure towards greater diversity and inclusion at all levels. Ultimately, we strive to drive systemic change and measurable improvement in gender and racial equity in Boston.
