Laurel Dreher

Laurel Dreher currently serves as Engagement Manager at YW Boston, fostering relationships with a diverse client portfolio and facilitating DEI workshops. Prior experience includes roles at the YMCA of Greater Boston as Senior Training Manager, where Laurel led a professional development program and secured licensing agreements, and as Training & Content Manager, focusing on staff training and development. Additional roles at Berklee College of Music, MIT, Roger Williams University, and the University of Vermont contributed to expertise in student leadership, residential life, and program management. Laurel holds a Master's degree in Higher Education & Student Affairs from the University of Vermont and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Ithaca College.
