Pat McDonald

Pat McDonald, currently serving as Interim President and CEO at YWCA Dayton, has a vast experience in leadership roles. With previous positions at Dayton Performing Arts Alliance, The McDonald Group, Boonshoft Museum of Discovery, Key Bank, and JPMorgan Chase, Pat has a strong background in consulting, private banking, wealth management, and market presidency. Graduating with a BA in Counseling from Cedar Crest College, Pat brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the organizations they have worked with.
