Jaime Dean is a CPA and CMA with extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Currently, Jaime serves as the Director of Finance and Operations at YWCA Edmonton, where they oversee accounting functions, budgeting, and reporting. Prior to this, Jaime worked as the Director of Finance and Administration at CBM Lawyers and as a Senior Management Accountant at Argus Machine Co. Ltd. They also have experience as an Accountant at Torch Industries Ltd, where they managed various finance-related tasks and payroll administration. In addition, Jaime worked as a Consultant/Business Analyst at Attain Solutions Inc., providing consulting services for PeopleSoft systems. Earlier in their career, Jaime served as a Divisional Administrator at the University of Alberta and gained experience as a Finance Intern with the Government of Alberta. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2008, Jaime attended the University of Alberta where they simultaneously earned two Bachelor's degrees. Jaime completed a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science.
