Emily McDonald, MPH, currently serves as the Impact and Data Coordinator at YWCA Evanston/North Shore, where responsibilities include collecting, analyzing, and reporting program data to support the organization’s mission of eliminating racism and empowering women. Previous experience includes roles as a Workforce Student Support Specialist, providing career guidance, a Residential and Crisis Support Specialist in a domestic violence shelter, and various internships focusing on research, voter registration, and public health. Emily holds a Master of Public Health in Environmental Health Promotion and Policy from the University of Michigan School of Public Health, as well as a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan. Additional educational experiences include studies at Sciences Po Aix and EcoQuest Education Foundation in New Zealand.
