Laura Moorehead

Laura Moorehead has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Laura began their career in 1998 at Rand McNally as an Accounting Supervisor. Laura then moved on to The Second City in 2007, where they worked as an Accounting Manager until 2014. During this time, they also joined Sodexo Dining Services-Northwestern University as a District Controller from 2014 to 2017. In 2014, they joined Berkshire Hathaway Home Services as a Broker Associate. Most recently, Laura has been working at YWCA Evanston/North Shore, starting as a Controller in 2018 and currently serving as the Vice President of Finance and Operations since March 2021.

Laura Moorehead earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations and Affairs (Latin America) from the University of Colorado Boulder. Laura attended the university from 1982 to 1986. Furthermore, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Accounting from Dominican University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994.
