The board of directors at YWCA Greater Los Angeles has a history of being made up of talent acquisition leaders and managing principal consultants. The board is also made up of individuals with a Vice President - Operations title and a Managing Principal/Senior Vice President Operations title. The education histories of the board members include a degree in Organizational Psychology from The University of New Mexico and a degree in Business - Organizational Psychology from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
