Juanita Neifert

Juanita Neifert is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across multiple sectors. Since March 2013, Juanita has served as the Human Resources Manager at the YWCA of Greater Harrisburg. Concurrently, Juanita has held the position of Office Administrator/Part Time at Babineau Opticians since August 2012, where responsibilities include appointment scheduling and marketing efforts. Prior to these roles, Juanita worked as a Project Manager/HR Generalist at the Life Sciences Greenhouse of Central PA, overseeing HR operations and project management from 2008 to 2012. From 2000 to 2008, Juanita was the Human Resources Manager at The Patriot-News, managing HR systems and operations. Juanita's career began at Companion Technologies as an HR Manager from 1995 to 2000, where various HR functions were fulfilled. Juanita holds an Associate's Degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
