Farida Pangan

Farida Pangan is an experienced employment consultant at YWCA Toronto, providing comprehensive employment support to clients facing barriers to employment since 2020. Previously, Farida contributed as a volunteer human resources specialist at STEM Montessori Academy of Canada and Single Mothers In Progress, where staffing and recruitment processes were efficiently managed. Prior roles include serving as a client services representative at EOS Canada Inc. and Gatestone & Co., focusing on resolving client inquiries, and as a human resources program manager at Ateneo CORD, overseeing HR project execution and collaboration with various stakeholders. Farida possesses a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University and is pursuing further education in mental health and human resources, alongside various certifications in related fields.
