Lisa Grills has extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, currently serving as the Regional Director of Member Services at YWCA USA since December 2015, where strategic oversight and support are provided to 42 local YWCA associations. Previous roles include Senior Director of Capacity Building, where an innovative strategy for organizational growth was developed, and Director of Member Services, managing over 50 local associations in the Great Lakes Network.
