Henry Chapman

Henry Chapman (he/him/his) is serving as Interim Co-CEO. He is the Chief Strategy and People Officer at the YWCA. With a mission to eliminate racism and empower women, Henry oversees the strategic organizational priorities and sets agency-wide human resources policies and direction. Prior to joining the YWCA, Henry was an associate at Malcolm Pirnie directing their EEO, Employee Relations, and Internal Communications, divisions. Following his passion for sports and teaching life lessons to young adults he later became an assistant to the Athletic Director at Westchester Community College where he created the College’s first academic support program for athletes. Henry’s roots are in Brooklyn, NY. He did his schooling at Pace University’s Lubin School of Business and American Public University in Athletic Administration.
