Joris de Vries

Joris de Vries is an experienced professional in social impact investing, currently serving as an Investor at Hooge Raedt Social Venture since May 2012, focusing on East Africa. In addition to this role, Joris holds various board memberships with organizations such as YYTZ Agro-Processing, Jibu Maji Tanzania, Carbon Tanzania, Sanivation, and Natural Extracts Industries Ltd, among others. Joris has also served as Chairman of the Advisory Board for SME Impact Fund and a Board Member for Komaza. Academic qualifications include a Global Professional MBA in Finance and International Management from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a Master's degree in African Studies from Leiden University.
