Glenn Walsh

Mr. Walsh is an Operating Partner with ZCG Consulting and is a member of ZCP’s Investment/Operations Team. He is responsible for executive search execution, strategic talent planning, management team assessment and human capital project management on behalf of ZCG and its portfolio companies.

Mr. Walsh has substantial experience designing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies in support of leading public and private corporations. Prior to joining ZCG in 2016, Mr. Walsh was Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Lang Search Partners, a boutique staffing and search firm in New York City. For over a decade, he was responsible for strategic growth of the direct-hire business, including the completion of senior contingency and retained searches across accounting, finance, operations, legal, compliance, and human resources functions. His clients included leading domestic and international banks, broker-dealers, and traditional and alternative asset managers, as well as industry service providers.

Prior to co-founding Lang Search Partners, Mr. Walsh spent over 7 years in various roles of increasing responsibility at The Response Companies, a regional contingency search firm. As Senior Vice President, he developed and managed a successful interim/project staffing business with teams in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Mr. Walsh began his career with a global telecommunications company based in Dallas, TX where he was responsible for various marketing and advertising functions in the Hartford, CT market.

Mr. Walsh received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a concentration in sales management from Central Connecticut State University.
