Richard Hoffmann

Richard Hoffmann currently serves as Chief of Staff at GrailPay since September 2024. Previously, Richard held the position of Head of Marketing at Alto from July 2023 to September 2024, where the company focused on offering self-directed IRAs for diversification into alternative assets. Prior to that, Richard worked part-time as a consultant at coLab as Marketing Lead, contributing to growth strategies for early-stage deep tech founders. As Growth Operations Manager at Sylva, Richard led initiatives across various teams within an acquire-and-operate business model. Richard's experience also includes serving as Lead Campaign Manager at LaunchBoom, where Richard oversaw a team responsible for crowdfunding campaigns, achieving significant funding goals. Earlier in Richard's career, an English Second Language Instructor role at The TEFL Org was undertaken. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Marketing Leadership degree from Reforge.
