Pedro Neiva has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Pedro began their career as a Custodial at Walt Disney World in 2015. In 2016, they became a Professor of English at Greenwich Schools. In 2017, they took on an internship in Communication and Marketing at Prosas. In 2019, they held two roles, an Internship in Institutional Relations at the Legislative Assembly of the State of Minas Gerais, and a Customer Experience Assistant at Sympla. In 2021, they became a Customer Experience Analyst and Social Media at QuintoAndar. Pedro currently works as a Customer Experience Analyst at Z1.

Pedro Neiva completed a Bacharelado in Relações Públicas at PUC Minas from 2017 to 2020. Pedro has also obtained several certifications including UX Writing Expandido from How Bootcamps in 2021, MasterClass em Linguagem Inclusiva from Mergo User Experience in 2021, UX Writing e Conteúdo Digital from Aldeia.cc in 2021, UX Writing: Conteúdo Estratégico para a Experiência do Usuário from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro in 2021, Aprofundamento em Gestão de Redes Sociais from RD University in 2021, OKR: Metodologia e Aplicação from Udemy in 2020, and Fundamentos da Experiência do Cliente from Track.co in 2019.
