Ivana Lonjak Dam

Ivana Lonjak Dam, MBA, CFA, is an accomplished financial professional with extensive expertise in risk management. As the Chief Risk Officer and a Member of the Management Board at Zagrebačka banka since September 2025, Ivana previously held the position of Head of Risk Management at UniCredit Bank Hungary from April 2020 to September 2025, where responsibilities included establishing a risk governance framework and leading enterprise risk management initiatives. With prior roles in various capacities within UniCredit, including oversight of credit risk in Central and Eastern Europe and strategic risk management, Ivana has built a solid career beginning with early positions at Zagrebačka banka. Ivana's education includes an Executive Master in Change from INSEAD, an MBA from the Faculty of Economics & Business at the University of Zagreb, and ongoing pursuit of the CFA designation.
