Adrian Wochna

Adrian Wochna currently serves as the Head of Legal, Corporate & International Operations at Żabka Polska since October 2017, and has held the position of Senior Legal Counsel / Radca Prawny there as well. In addition, Adrian Wochna is a member of the Management Board at Żabka Development Sp. z o.o. since March 2021 and at Zabka Deutschland GMbH since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Kronospan from August 2014 to September 2017 as Radca Prawny and Junior Lawyer, and as Aplikant radcowski at Działyński i Judek Spółka Partnerska Radców Prawnych from November 2012 to August 2014. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Law from Nicolaus Copernicus University (2007-2012), as well as postgraduate studies in Competition Law at the Instytut Nauk Prawnych PAN (2020-2021) and training at the Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych w Poznaniu (2013-2015). Currently, Adrian Wochna is pursuing additional education at Kozminski University from March 2025 to March 2027.
