Box Office Manager at ZACH Theatre

Payton Lewis is the current Box Office Manager at ZACH Theatre. Prior to this, they worked as an Assistant Store Manager at PACSUN for three years. There, they were responsible for displaying a customer-focused mindset at all times, and ensuring all team members delivered an engaging, positive and authentic customer experience. They also provided direction to associates to ensure understanding of company directives and standards, scheduled and did payroll for associates, and was a key-holder (opening and closing the store, deposits, etc.). In addition, they were responsible for loss and theft prevention of merchandise (internal and external), and creating a healthy, diverse, and inclusive work environment.

Payton Lewis has a Bachelor's degree in Arts Administration/Professional Theatre from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.

Payton Lewis works with Greg Garcia - Associate Director of Marketing & Analytics, Noah Alderfer - Box Office Associate, and Rona Ebert - Art Director. Payton Lewis reports to Drew Nebrig, Director of Marketing & Communications.
