Jason Westenskow

Jason Westenskow has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jason began their career at ConAgra Foods as a Human Resources Generalist and Safety Trainer. Jason then joined the Peace Corps, where they served as a Small Enterprise Developer and Cooperative Consultant in Paraguay. After their time in the Peace Corps, they worked at HCA as a Human Resources Manager, overseeing the implementation of new business initiatives. Jason then joined PepsiCo - Frito Lay, where they held various leadership positions in Human Resources, including Senior Director and Director. Jason later joined Brake Parts Inc LLC as a Vice President of Human Resources before moving on to lead the Human Resources agenda for the Active Nutrition Division of Post Holdings. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Zachry Corporation. Overall, Jason has demonstrated expertise in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, organizational design, employee engagement, and leadership development.

Jason Westenskow obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business, Liberal Arts, and Spanish from Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business from 1994 to 1998. From 2002 to 2005, they pursued an MBA degree at Weber State University.
