Alexander Degollado

Alexander Degollado is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Desktop Support Tech II at Zachry Group since November 2024. Prior to this role, Alexander worked as a Help Desk Administrator at Claim Assist Solutions from July 2023 to November 2024, and at TechWerks from April 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included providing comprehensive support for MHS Genesis products and applications. Alexander holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Palo Alto College, completed between 2017 and 2019, and further enhanced skills through the Rackspace Open Cloud Academy in early 2021.
