Glen Omary

Glen OMary has extensive experience in workforce planning and staffing operations, currently serving as the Director of Workforce Planning and Staffing Operations at Zachry Group since February 2015. Prior to this role, Glen held the position of Director of Education at the Construction and Maintenance Education Foundation from February 2014 to February 2015. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Zachry Industrial, Inc., where Glen worked from January 2006 to February 2014, serving as both Compensation Manager and Craft Development Manager. Additionally, Glen has experience as the Director of Education at the Associated Builders & Contractors - South Texas Chapter from April 2003 to January 2006.
