Herber de Ruijter

Herber De Ruijter has extensive work experience in the technology and banking sectors. Herber is currently serving as the Chief Product Officer at Zafin since March 2022. Prior to this, they were the EVP of Engineering at Nymbus from July 2021 to March 2022. Herber also held the position of Head of Cyberbank Digital North America at Technisys from October 2020 to June 2021. From June 2019 to October 2020, they worked as the EVP, Head of Digital, Cash Management and Payments at iGTB, part of Intellect Design Arena Ltd. Herber had multiple roles at Intellect Design Arena Ltd, including Partner and EVP, Head of Digital at iGTB. Herber was responsible for developing a Cloud-Native, API-first Digital Banking platform during their tenure. Before that, they worked at Backbase, where they held the roles of Head of Products and General Manager Americas. Herber played a crucial role in product strategy, engineering, and product development, as well as building and managing product development centers. Herber also held significant roles at ZyLAB North America, SDL Tridion USA Inc., Variomatic, E*Norm, and Getronics.

Herber De Ruijter attended De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences from 1988 to 1992. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences.
