Kevin Yenchik

Kevin Yenchik has extensive experience in talent acquisition and technical recruiting. Kevin is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at ZAGG, Inc., a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Route as the Director of Technical Recruiting & Strategic Search from 2019 to 2022. In this role, they managed a recruiting team and successfully built and scaled out teams of top technical talent. Before Route, Kevin worked at Qualtrics as the Head of Strategic Search from 2018 to 2019, where they recruited for high profile roles and partnered with senior leadership. Kevin also worked as a Manager of Technical Recruiting at Qualtrics from 2016 to 2018, where they helped build out several teams. Before Qualtrics, Kevin held roles at Adobe Systems as a Sr. Talent Partner (Technical Recruiter) from 2010 to 2016, at Sony Computer Entertainment America as a Sr. Technical Recruiter and Talent Scout from 2008 to 2010, at VMware as an R&D Technical Recruiter/Candidate Development from 2007 to 2008, and at Symantec as a Contract Technical Recruiter in 2006. Kevin also has experience in real estate/mortgage companies and in the software industry, working as a Contract Technical Recruiter at Blue Martini Software from 2000 to 2001 and at RealNames Corporation from 1999 to 2000.

Kevin Yenchik has a Master of Business Administration degree from Florida Institute of Technology. Kevin also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Communications with Honors from Holy Names University. Prior to that, they attended Milpitas High School.
