Victoria Ozolnieks has extensive experience in customer service and management. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at ZAGG, Inc. since May 2014, Victoria reviews and reports on customer satisfaction survey data while engaging with customers across various social media platforms. Prior experience includes working as a Party Manager at Jungle Joes Family Fun Center from May 2011 to May 2014, where responsibilities encompassed scheduling events, organizing operations, and enhancing the company’s online presence. Earlier work as Front Desk staff at Oasis Hot Tub Gardens provided foundational customer service experience. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Western Michigan University, earned from 2014 to 2018, and previously attended Kalamazoo Valley Community College from 2011 to 2014.
