Latha Iyer

Latha Iyer has extensive experience in Human Resources, with roles in various companies such as Zaggle, epigamia, Reliance Industries Limited, Herbalife, Nielsen, IMRB International, Johnson & Johnson, and TCL India. Latha has held positions such as Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief People Officer, Head HR, Director of HR, Associate Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Director, HR Admin Associate, and HR & Admin Executive. Latha has a strong background in talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, employee engagement, and organization development.

Latha Iyer completed their High School Certificate (HSC) in Commerce at National College in 2002, followed by a graduation in Commerce with a specialization in Taxation and Computers from the University of Mumbai in 2005. Latha then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) in HR from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies in Pune from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Executive Development Program on Labour Laws from XLRI Jamshedpur and became a Certified Assessor for National HRD Excellence through the Confederation of Indian Industry.
