Ann E. Beasley

Ann E. Beasley, J.D., joined Zai Lab in November 2020 as Chief Compliance Officer.

Ms. Beasley has over 20 years of global healthcare and life sciences experience, including working in-house for pharmaceutical, biologics, vaccine, device and genetic testing companies. She has practiced in both legal and compliance departments and was recently the Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President at Biogen. She then shared her many learnings as a compliance professional through consulting as a Director at Guidehouse in its Life Sciences Governance, Risk Management and Compliance practice.

Ms. Beasley has built and led global compliance programs including developing the organizational infrastructure of the function and the individual competencies of the compliance professionals. She has initiated specific compliance projects, including performing complex investigations, building investigation protocols, and designing Codes of Conduct.

Ms. Beasley earned her law degree at Northeastern University School of Law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from the University of Tulsa.
