Katie Holm

Katie Holm is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical industries. Since June 2021, Katie serves as Vice President of Human Resources and Head of HR for the US at Zai Lab, overseeing various HR functions such as Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development. Prior to this role, Katie held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Rigel Pharmaceuticals Inc., providing strategic HR support across multiple departments. Katie's career also includes significant roles at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson and Actelion, where responsibilities encompassed organizational design, talent management, and employee engagement. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and advanced certificates in Managing Talent and Innovative HR Leadership from Stanford University and UC Berkeley Extension, respectively.
