Teresa Shen

Teresa Shen has extensive work experience in the fields of compensation and benefits (C&B) and human resources (HR). Teresa is currently serving as the C&B and HR Operation Director at Zaiyue Pharmaceutical since October 2020. Prior to this, Teresa worked at Eli Lilly and Company for many years in various roles. Teresa started as a C&B Specialist in July 2007, where they were responsible for payroll, benefits program administration, and C&B process optimization. Over the years, they progressed through roles such as HR Manager, Project Manager, Sr. C&B Manager, and finally Associate Director of C&B. In these roles, they handled responsibilities such as compensation and benefits design, competitiveness analysis, review, and management across different business units. Teresa also led a team to manage C&B related operations, including payroll, mandatory social benefits, and flex benefits. Teresa played a crucial role in the total benefits design, review, and optimization across all organizations in Lilly China. Teresa was the project manager for the total benefits review and FLEX benefits launch in 2014 and was responsible for compensation analysis and design of ELANCO China. Additionally, they worked on projects to optimize electronic databases and improve benefits information collection and sharing processes for all Lilly affiliates globally. Overall, Teresa Shen has a strong background in C&B and HR operations, with a focus on managing benefits, compensation, and staffing in multinational organizations.

Teresa Shen obtained a Master's degree in Information Resources Management from East China Normal University from 2004 to 2007.
