Yi Qing Zhuang

Yi Qing (Helen) Zhuang has extensive work experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Yi Qing (Helen) currently holds the position of VP, Head of ONCO Program and Portfolio Management at Zai Lab since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as Executive Director, Head of Program and Portfolio Management at Zai Lab from June 2019 to March 2022.

Before joining Zai Lab, Helen worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb where they held various roles including Head of China R&D Strategy and Planning, Director of Project Management, Associate Director, and Sr. Project Manager from November 2016 to June 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Eli Lilly and Company, China affiliate for almost a decade, serving as Sr. Portfolio Management Manager, Medical Quality Manager, Medical Business Planner, CRA, and Sr. CRA.

Helen also gained experience at Excel PharmaStudies Inc. as a CRA and BD associate, and at Shanghai Yangpu Central Hospital as a Physician. Yi Qing (Helen) Zhuang completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Concordia University-Wisconsin in the year 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Medicine from Shanghai Second Medical University, which they completed in the year 1996.
