Rasha Barakat

Rasha Barakat has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Rasha is currently a co-founder at Coach You, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Human Capital Officer at Zain Iraq starting from 2019. Rasha was also a part of Zain Jordan, where they held various roles including Chief Innovation and Human Capital Officer, Human Resources, Corporate Entrepreneurship Responsibility & Youth Dev Director, HR & Administration Director, Organization Development Manager, and Team Member. Before joining Zain Jordan, Rasha worked as a Human Capital Analyst at Deloitte in 2004. Rasha also has experience in the hospitality industry, specifically as a Human Resources and Training Officer at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Rasha's work experience began as a Travel Agent at Travel One Agency in 2001.

Rasha Barakat's education history includes a BA in English Language & Literature from Al-Ahliyya Amman University (1997-2001), an MSc in Human Resources Development from The University of Manchester (2003-2004), an MSc in Coaching and Consulting for Change from HEC and Oxford (2008-2009), and an Executive Education Course in Mastering Design Thinking from MIT Sloan School of Management (2018-2019).
