Moath al-Mogbel

Moath Al-Mogbel currently serves as the Head of IT Service Delivery, Operations & InfoSec at Zain Jordan, having been with the company since January 2014. In this role, Moath has overseen significant projects, including the design and implementation of the UPTIME Tier 3 Data Center. Previously, Moath held various positions at Zain, such as IT Service Delivery & Infrastructure Manager and IT Service Delivery & Systems Team Leader, where responsibilities included managing IT infrastructure for mission-critical applications and planning cloud services. Moath's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Umniah Mobile Company and Huawei Technologies, focusing on call center operations, IVR systems, and mobile data services. Moath holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Jordan.
