Sarra Kamal Mustafa Almakki

Sarra Kamal Mustafa Almakki has extensive experience in the field of training and development, currently serving as the Training Development Team Leader at Zain Sudan since September 2009. Responsibilities include implementing and updating the training strategy. Previously, Sarra held roles such as Recruitment Specialist and Training and Development Specialist, where tasks involved supporting recruitment processes and conducting Training Needs Analysis for staff. Earlier experience includes positions as a Back Office Agent and Call Center Agent at Zain Sudan, as well as serving as a Primary School English Teacher at Suleiman Hussein Private School. Sarra holds a Master's degree in HR from Sudan University and dual Bachelor's degrees in English and French from the University of Khartoum.
