Kelly Ryan

Kelly Ryan has over 18 years of work experience in the legal and compliance field. Kelly currently holds the position of Chief Compliance Officer at ZAIS Group, where they have been working since 2019. Prior to this role, they served as Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at the same company. Previously, they worked as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs Bank USA from 2017 to 2019. Kelly also gained experience as a Senior Legal Assistant at Warburg Pincus LLC from 2016 to 2017. Kelly started their career as a paralegal, working at ZAIS Group, LLC from 2011 to 2016 and at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from 2008 to 2011. Before that, they worked as a real estate paralegal at Porzio Bromberg & Newman P.C., Proskauer Rose LLP, and Kriss & Feuerstein LLP.

Kelly Ryan earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General from Seton Hall University. Kelly is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, with an expected completion date of 2024.
