​ZWG began as a side hustle in 2010 by our Founder & CEO, Troy Z. Walker. Since, our company has evolved into a group of brands dedicated to changing the landscape and trajectory of small businesses. Research shows small businesses make up 44% of the economy. ZWG is passionate about working with small businesses and organizations to build their capacity, allowing them to strengthen and expand operations to compete with bigger businesses. Our mission is then to resolve the lack of diversity and struggles that exist in our economy by creating seats and opportunities to make the US economy more equitable for small businesses and organizations.
