Mohammed Albatly

Mohammed Albatly serves as the Cyber Defense Director at the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority since October 2018, where responsibilities include directing the cyber security strategy and operations, managing vulnerability management, threat intelligence, and security operations teams, as well as overseeing budgeting and resource allocation. Prior to this role, Mohammed held positions including Cyber Threat Intelligence Manager and Cyber Security Specialist at the same organization, focusing on managing cyber security teams and operational performance. Previous experience includes serving as an L2 OT-Cyber Security Analyst at National Grid SA, an Information Security Analyst at Symantec, and an IT Specialist at Saudi Telecom Company. Mohammed holds a Master's degree in Cyber Security from Saudi Electronic University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from King Saud University.
