Mslam Alhawiti

Mslam AlHawiti, PMP® and P3O®, has extensive experience in project management and IT delivery, currently serving as an IT PMO Supervisor at the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority since April 2013. In this role, Mslam oversees the establishment of standards and processes, project portfolio management, and reporting, while also directing IT projects to enhance completion rates and budget alignment. Previous positions include IT Delivery Management Expert and IT Senior Project Manager, where Mslam successfully implemented technological solutions and managed cross-functional teams to deliver complex digital projects on time. Mslam's earlier experience includes transforming customs processes at Dammam Airport Cargo Village and providing technical support at the Saudi Electricity Company from 2004 to 2013. Mslam holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Fahad Bin Sultan University and a diploma from the Training Institute at Saudi Electricity Company.
