Andreas Syrén

Andreas Syrén is a Principal Applied Scientist at Zalando since May 2022, leading the R&D of Supply Chain Optimization technologies in the B2B space, focusing on preventing lost sales and optimizing profits through advanced methodologies. Prior experience includes serving as Principal Data Scientist at Automation Hero, Inc., where guidance on machine learning and deep learning was provided, as well as developing custom architectures for automation tasks. Previous roles at Centiro Solutions included a Data Scientist and Software Developer, contributing to various research and development efforts. Andreas holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Mathematics and Computational Science and completed a Bachelor's degree in Automation and Mechatronics, both from Chalmers University of Technology. Further involvement in leadership, strategic development, and practical contributions within student-run organizations demonstrates a commitment to personal and professional development in technical and management roles.
